After sixteen years of performing, The Licata Brothers invite you to join them on June 27th at 8:00 PM for their tribute to the music of 1966!
Marking their third show at the Fret House, Jimmy and Tony Licata will transport you back to a time where artists like The Beatles, Simon and Garfunkel, and The Rolling Stones changed the world with their music. Joined by drummer AJ Ocampo and special guest singer Poppy Lang, this show will also take you on a journey through the myriad of sounds from that extraordinary year (Soul, Psychedelic Rock, Motown, Bossa Nova). As always, expect surprises!
AJ Ocampo is an LA based drummer. With a background in Jazz and experience in churches, R&B bands, and more, AJ is a chameleon of all styles. Poppy Lang is an actor, producer, musician, and dramaturg based in Los Angeles. She is so happy to be working with the Licata Brothers again.
