Taylor Liberty Tree Guitar, Number 18

Here is number 18 of the only 400 guitars Taylor made from the last of the original "Liberty Trees", the trees under which American colonists met to plan their revolution aginst the Britrtish crown. When the last of these historic trees, a tulip poplar, was knocked down by a storm, Bob Taylor bought the wood and used it to make these guitars. It has unique and beautiful inlays, including the American constitution etched across the fingerboard and top. The wood itself is striking in appearance, and the guitar sounds amazing. It comes with the original VHS tape about the making of the guitar.  There is some slight delamination of the finish arounf the neck joint, shown in the photos, but is in otherwise perfect condition.
