Learn how to play the infectious one chord rhythms and grooves that were born in the Hill Country of Mississippi by artists such as R.L. Burnside and Junior Kimbrough.
Doug will teach how to solo over those grooves using traditional blues techniques and adding more modern techniques like double stops and octaves.
After a Doug MacLeod workshop the student comes away with not only a whole new batch of musical tools but with an insight to the music and its philosophy that could only be learned by a man who has been there.
