Taylor 2023 Custom #23, Cedar Top GA

This custom made Taylor guitar combines a unique set of features that are striking in appearance, amazing in tone and very pleasing in the hands. One of us here at The Fret House is a life long player of a cedar topped Taylor, so this one caught our eye. In the end though, it was the tone of this guitar that won us over; it's rich, full and mellow, and very responsive to chording or fingerstyle playing. The top is Western Red Cedar and the back and sides are figured Urban Ironbark. Add to that Koa binding and Taylor's Euro Deco fretboard inlays and Deco rosette and you have one really attractive instrument. Other features include ebony fretboard binding, gold Gotoh 510 tuners and a built in Taylorsense system, which can monitor your guitar's temperature and humidity through a smart phone app.
