A lot of our customers have been asking about shorter scale guitars lately. Some to give their left hand a break, or to facilitate fingerstyle playing, or just to have a different feeling guitar in their collection. So we were quick to get one of these in stock and we couldn't be more pleased.
The 322e 12-Fret specs out as a great fingerstyle player's guitar; small bodied, short scale, 12 fret neck and mahogany top, all given an extra punch by Taylor's new V-class bracing and the tonal focus of Tasmanian Blackwood, a relative of Koa. It deinitely lives up to our expectations in that area. (Which is not to say that it doesn't sound fine when strum a big open chord; we did, it does). The satin finish, shaded edgeburst top and slotted headstock all add up to a great looking guitar.
