Fender Deluxe Player's Strat, 2009, Modified

This 2009 Deluxe Player's Strat has had a few modifications. The pickguard has been changed to white 3-ply (originally tortoiseshell) and the noiseless pickups have been replaced with Texas Specials. A hole was cut in the new pickguard to accomodate the additional pickup switching button that came with this model. The additional button activates the bridge pickup in switch positions 4 and 5 for additional confurations that are not available on a standard strat. Other distinctive features of this guitar are a flatter than usual 12" radius fingerbaord and ash body. The transparent blue finish and gold hardware make for a great look and it comes with a Fender Deluxe gig bag.
